VALD Performance Technology | RSP Sports Physiotherapy

Technology has become an integral part of training and performance enhancement in sports and fitness. But what sets VALD Performance technology apart from the rest? How does it revolutionise the way athletes and trainers approach their workouts?

In recent years, the use of technology in sports has skyrocketed, with new gadgets and tools promising to improve performance and prevent injuries. However, not all technologies are created equal, and finding the right one can be daunting. This is where VALD Performance comes in.

VALD Performance technology has quickly gained recognition and popularity among athletes, coaches, and trainers due to its cutting-edge features and proven effectiveness. Whether you’re a professional athlete or a fitness enthusiast, understanding why VALD Performance technology is the game-changer you need is essential.

Let’s delve into why VALD Performance technology has become a must-have for those serious about optimising their performance and achieving their fitness goals.

What is VALD Performance technology?

VALD Performance is a noteworthy provider of cutting-edge performance analysis solutions.

VALD Performance systems provide an unrivalled understanding of performance, injury risk, and rehabilitation.

VALD Performance systems, driven by a multidisciplinary team of sports scientists, researchers, clinicians, designers, developers, and engineers, allow you to take an utterly athlete-centric approach to studying human movement, performance, injury risk, and rehabilitation.

VALD Performance systems provide unparalleled insight into musculoskeletal and neurological performance and can be applied in various fields ranging from strength and conditioning to medical and rehabilitation.

VALD Performance products

Our team of physiotherapists can integrate VALD Performance’s technology for advanced performance analysis.

We can thoroughly analyze your performance attributes, pinpoint your strengths and identify areas for improvement. Based on complete testing results, we can make informed judgments.

Whether you’re an ambitious athlete looking to improve your performance, you need rehabilitation or an individual looking to improve your overall physical ability. This cutting-edge technology allows us to tailor our approach to your specific requirements.

We can provide you with essential insights and design-focused plans to help you attain your goals by leveraging the superior capabilities given by VALD Performance.

VALD Performance technologies for testing and data collection

  • DynaMo
DynaMo allows you to evaluate your patients’ strength and range of motion (ROM) in hundreds of tests across all major joints.
  • NordBord
The NordBord testing system assesses, diagnoses, and enhances hamstring strength and injury risk.
  • ForceDecks
ForceDecks is one of the world’s most potent and fastest twin plate systems for assessing neuromuscular strength and movement.
  • ForceFrame
The ForceFrame assesses isometric strength across the upper and lower body.
  • AirBands
AirBands make blood flow restricted (BFR) training simple, precise, and convenient.
  • TeleHab
TeleHab was designed with the practitioner and the patient in mind. Use the extensive library to rapidly and easily create fitness programmes, then prescribe directly to your patient’s mobile device.
  • VALD Hub
VALD Hub is the central processing unit of VALD’s systems. Whether you’re analysing your patient’s activity, collecting outcome measures, monitoring their pain levels, or tracking their development. All of your data, patients, programs, teams, administration and reports in one place.

The benefits of VALD Performance technology

  • Accurate outcome measures aid in tracking the client’s progress, providing insight into compliance, dedication, and motivation, as well as the treatment and rehabilitation effectiveness of the therapists.
  • Measure your strength in all of your key muscle groups.
  • Calculates the strength and performance of your muscles during jumping motions.
  • Determines your areas of weakness.
  • Measures strength, mobility, and balance accurately and efficiently.
  • Determines and examines your injury risk variables and areas for improvement (differences in strength, range, and power).
  • You may deliver rehabilitation plans, data visualisation, reporting, progress tracking, and educational content using VALD. Directly to their phone, enhancing patient involvement.
  • VALD Performance products, unlike other data analysis systems, deliver real-time readouts while users are assessed. This offers a vital feedback loop for faster learning and decision-making.

Final thoughts on why we use VALD performance technology

The use of VALD Performance technology by physiotherapists is revolutionising how we approach rehabilitation and performance enhancement.

By harnessing the power of cutting-edge technology, physiotherapists can provide more accurate assessments, targeted treatments, and personalised training programs.

So, whether you’re an athlete recovering from an injury or looking to optimise your physical performance, remember that with VALD Performance technology, the sky’s the limit.
